How do I customize my order?
After you add an item to your shopping cart, you will see an optional "Note to seller" box where you can leave a note with your custom requests.

For personalized items make sure to double check your spelling and punctuation. We will stamp exactly as described. *Personalization has to be in the personalization section to be included in your order.

RESIN BLOCKS
I can add personalization to your resin blocks. Personalization will be in vinyl and top coated with resin. Personalization options would be name(s) with date.

* If your personalization is in your emails to me, you risk me not seeing it and I may not put it on your order.

We can add engraved logos provided by you on bracelets and keychains, These will be engraved so the writing will not be highlighted by black enamel. Please send us a convo, so we can approve the logo before you order.

STAMPED Jewelry

• We recommend opening the bracelet just enough to fit onto your wrist sideways and then rotate it to the front.

• Do not wear while at the beach, washing hands or in the shower.
• Please remove your jewelry before using hand sanitizers or other chemical products, as doing so may cause the black in the ring to fade. Use a sharpie on stamping, wipe clean with a cloth

RESIN Items

• Do not display in sunlight/suns rays or heat, this will cause the resin to yellow.
• Do not leave in hot car.
• Do not drop resin items, they will crack or break.
• Wipe with a soft cloth
• Resin can scratch

PRINTED Tumblers

Although my printed items are permanently printed and would last for years to come;
• Do Not Microwave
• Do not drop

If your jewelry is customized/personalized, meaning, stamped with a saying or symbol different from the listing you purchased we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Non-personalized jewelry or items will be refunded minus shipping cost & a 20% restocking fee.

- Some leather jewelry can be exchanged or refunded minus shipping cost and restocking fee of 20% of order.

- There is absolutely NO Refunds on resin items.

- There are no refunds or exchanges on birthstone rings, stamped jewelry or resin items

-If we make a stamping mistake on your jewelry, we will issue a replacement.

- If your package is marked delivered by the post office and you have not received it we are not responsible for replacing the item or refunding.

I do offer discounts, please send me a convo.

Large orders may take longer than the ship by date. Please contact me for updated shipping times for large orders.

We reserve the right to photograph our jewelry, whether it's finished or in production, including personalized pieces and custom work. We may use these photos in listings and advertising. We will never share any identifying information about our customers.

• Gift wrapping patterns will reflect the season that we are in most of the time.
• If you only purchase one gift wrap and you have multiple and do not indicate which items you want gift wrap, I will choose one to wrap.

~ CANCELLATIONS

When you make a purchase of over $300, $150 of your purchase price is nonrefundable.
Reasons:
- I purchase supplies in advance to prepare for your order.
- I hold that spot for you.

Order under $300
- 50% of your deposit is non refundable.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
• Because of the nature of the product Returns are not accepted
• Once order is completed there will be no refunds

If your invoice is not paid within 45 days of you receiving it, your flowers will be discarded.
